We all breathe. In fact we all breath 100% of the day. Well it’s now time to take 15 minutes of your day to focus only on your breathing. This 15 minute exercise can help relieve stress, open your mind and bring your soul to life.
How to get in touch with yourself
Meditation can be done at any point of the day, anywhere. It’s all to do with how you think and where you put your mind.
You don’t even have to close your eyes, it’s just all about getting in touch with yourself. Being in the presence and making your mind and soul matter over anything else.
Step 1 – Have a look around you, choose 5 objects around you to take into your mind and take a mental photograph.
Step 2 – Either close your eyes or keep them open. It’s your meditation. It’s your choice. (I like to close eyes). Now try to remember all of the things you took a mental photograph of and say them ‘out loud’ in your head.
Step 4 – Now begin to think of all the things that make you happy. All the things you want out of life and all the things you have. Appreciate them. Really appreciate them.
Step 3 – Repeat the words ‘Thank you for my surroundings’ 3 times.
Step 5 – Breathing in and out slowly, but surely. Feel in touch with how you are feeling. Tell yourself how you are feeling.
Step 6 – Release the meditation.
Step 7 – Continue to feel in touch with yourself . Never loose sight of self importance and never loose touch with your inner soul.
